At First Edition Games, we want you to be happy with your order. Trading cards and collectibles are a passion, and we know condition and authenticity matter. While we make every effort to ensure that you receive your goods in the condition they left our store in, if something isn’t right here’s how we handle refunds and returns.
Returns
Eligibility: You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition they were sent—unopened, unused, and with any original packaging intact. For sealed product, that means the seal must be unbroken.
Non-returnable items: Opened trading card packs, single cards where the seal has been broken, and digital/downloadable products cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and let you know if the refund is approved.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days to show up.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (for example, we sent the wrong item).
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product.
If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending anything back.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong product, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right—whether that’s sending a replacement, issuing a refund, or offering store credit.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our mistake, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We can’t guarantee we’ll receive your item otherwise.
